By the end of the session the participant will be able to:

• Recall the optimal approach(es) to grading pathologic response to neoadjuvant therapy in melanoma and whether non-responders may benefit from adjuvant targeted or immunotherapy, and apply that information to a patient case.
• Describe the role of targeted and immunotherapy in patients with melanoma and brain metastasis.
• Identify which patients with melanoma would benefit from combination immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
• Discuss whether adjuvant therapy should be used in patients with melanoma, and apply that information to a patient case.
